Important Instructions to Users
  1. Users should obey the general rules and regulations of Department of Chemistry, Handique Girls´ College.
  2. The users shall acknowledge Department of Chemistry, Handique Girls´ College for the instrumentation facility in the conference/ Journal Publications/ BTP/ MTP/ PhD. Thesis etc.
  3. In correspondence related to analysis our reference/payment receipt number/registration number must be mentioned.
  4. Unstable and explosive compounds are not accepted for analysis.
  5. Radio active/Toxic materials should be mentioned clearly and handed over personally.
  6. Services are rendered to only those users who regularly give us feed-back about the use of the result.
  7. Interpretation of data/spectra is not undertaken.
  8. User must produce a valid ID card (preferably Institutional ID) during the sample booking and also at the time of analysis.
  9. User must be present at least 5 minute before the schedule timing on the day of sample loading (in case of UV-visible, Fluoroscence and Electrochemical analysis). If the applicant failed to appear to, it will lead to cancellation of slot.
  10. Samples will be analysed only after getting the proper information (dispersion medium/expected dimension and other properties of sample) for both external and internal users. If the information is incomplete the samples and DD will be sent back to the user.
